Information We automatically collect from your use of the Service

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data;

EndureMedia has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between you and EndureMedia regarding our handling of your Personal Data, we will do our best to resolve it. Other countries may have different minimum age limits, and if you are below the minimum age for providing consent for data collection in your country, you may not use EndureMedia without obtaining your parents' or legal guardians' consent.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
